Hannes Meyle
Cap number: 95
Location: Zurich
Bike: Canyon Aeroad CF SLX 8 2025, pretty much stock, other than the tires which I just changed to 30mm. It is my second road cycling season and I am still sporting Shimano SPD pedals to be able to use my trusted and tested MTB shoes. To give my hands a rest whenever the course allows (and for switching to a trekking bike position when nobody is looking) I installed the Canyon Aerobars.
Key items of kit: Coros Dura for navigation, Lupine Piko for light, Apidura and Cyclite bags for food, clothes and tools, Osprey running vest for more food (in particular Pringles chips). Other than that: Aero bike, aero bar, aero bag, aero socks - what can go wrong? What, there are also uphills? Oh…
Frame type: Road
Frame material: Carbon
Wheel size: 700c (29")
Tyre width: 30-34mm
Electronic shifting: Yes
Markus
Age: 31
Cap number: 29
Location: Altomünster
Bike: Canyon Inflite with road setup, built up from the frame. Ultegra R8000 (mechanical, 50-34 with 11-34 Cassette), Hunt Wheels with wide Continental GP 5000 AS tires. No Aerobars, as I prefer having the top hand position for climbing (where there should be a lot of).
Key items of kit: Disadvantage of the frame is having not much space for a frame bag. Small Fjällräven frame bag (as this one fits best with 2 bottles), small saddle bag from Apidura (5l). Lupine Grano front light and Garmin Radia rear, Wahoo Roam headunit with a power bank to keep them running.
