Bike: Genesis Vapour Carbon CX setup with 28cc tyres, 388mm prime rims laced onto dt swiss hubs. I've kept the off road gearing ready for the punchy climbs with 38 teeth up front and 11-42 at the back. I'll be sad if I up up walking up anything!
Key items of kit: The bags are a mix of Apidura and Straight Cut with a custom frame bag for water and snacks. Electronics sit in the top tube bag and a minimal OMM sleeping bag and down jacket are stashed in the saddle bag. I have an MTB batteries light on the front plus a Silva headtorch and an array of alpkit basic blinkies.

Key items of kit: Perfidious minimalism for the Wild West Country. A Camelbak Chase bike vest for hydration and wine gum purposes, Apidura seatpost & frame bag, an Anker powerbank, two Lezyne front and rear lights, 1 spare set of Rapha bibs, socks, rain jacket and jersey, tools and a brown hair strap gifted by a friend for good luck.
